DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SOUTH EASTERN FREEWAY UPGRADE - MANAGED MOTORWAY (CRAFERS TO GLEN OSMOND)

The Australian and South Australian governments have committed $200 million to fund the Design and Construction of a Managed Motorway between Crafers and Glen Osmond on the South Eastern Freeway. These works will complement previously completed Managed Motorway Measures from Crafers to Stirling, and the recently completed Heysen Tunnels Refit and Safety Upgrade Project.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced and prequalified companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Design and Construction of the South Eastern Freeway Managed Motorway (Crafers to Glen Osmond), Contract No. 24C148.

Organisations who have registered interest during the Department’s Registration of Interest (ROI) process and demonstrated necessary pre-qualification requirements can now access the Expression of Interest documents through the Aconex (by Oracle) Information Management Software via au1.aconex.com (under project SEFU-MM - C2G

Suitably qualified companies or consortia, who have not completed the ROI are invited to participate in the EOI phase by contacting the Contact Persons below:

Any delay to the satisfactory provision by an Organisation to provide all required documents will not warrant an extension to the EOI call date.

MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Registrants must meet the minimum Department pre-qualification requirements under the National Roadworks and Bridgework prequalification system as follows:

Contractor

• Roadworks level: R4
• Bridgeworks: B2
• Financial: F150

Designer

• DIT Professional and Technical Services Prequalification Panel, Contract No. 17C811
