EOI - Construction of Amenities Building & Pathways

Expressions of interest are sought from qualified building contractors for construction of an amenities building and pathways at Cairns Hinterland Steiner School, 46 Boyles Road, Kuranda.

Heavy machinery work to be scheduled around school holidays to the extent possible as the work is within an operating school site. All site personnel for all trades will require Blue Cards. Site safety and short construction period are paramount.

EOIs required by 2:00 pm, Thursday 4th September, 2025, emailed to address above. Project-specific submission is not required but submissions must address the criteria, so please request EOI documents before submitting.

Submissions will be shortlisted for tendering early September.
