25AMSA135 Network Segmentation

AMSA is seeking an experienced delivery partner to validate existing network discovery, design and implement a robust network segmentation architecture, and deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer. This engagement will be outcomes-based, with the vendor assuming full responsibility for successful delivery in line with ISM networking guidelines.

The selected provider will conduct a comprehensive review of AMSA's existing network segmentation design, including firewall policies and logical zoning. Based on industry best practices, discovered service mappings, and AMSA's internal IT security policies, the provider will deliver detailed recommendations to strengthen the organisation's security posture. These recommendations will be supported by a benefit analysis and proposed policy sets to guide implementation.
