Our Office has previously engaged a consultant to build a replacement for our existing Intranet site, which is built on a platform reaching end-of-life. Work commenced on the initial setup, but was not completed. We require a resource skilled in the configuration of SharePoint who can assist with building the site with alignment to the visual theme of the Office's website (www.gg.gov.au), and associated features for a minimum viable product (including a simple visitor request function which sends an email to security staff).

Full content migration work would not be required. Additionally, we will require up to 6 hours of training of internal IT staff to ensure they are skilled in managing the platform after it is live. We expect the full engagement will be relatively minor, in the order of 1-2 days of work, including training hours.
