Tender Description
The Board of Trustees for Manchester Street School Feilding are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Stage 2 AMS Carpets & Acoustics Refurbishment Project to Block 1.
The Contract Works required are: Block 1: New Gib board, Wall Linings, Autex, Carpet Tiles and all required removal and reinstatement as per scope of works.
Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
