The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts (the department) is seeking to engage an experienced seller with the capability and specialist expertise to conduct penetration testing on three assessments: Airport Building Control Online (ABCO), Reporting and Program Management (RPM), and a combined assessment of the Road Vehicle Regulator (ROVER) and New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES) due to their shared user interface (UI).

The ROVER+NVES assessment will test both systems concurrently, with the option for subsequent testing following the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Anti-Virus (AV) scanning, at the department’s discretion, to ensure compliance with Australian Government security requirements.
