Waverley Council is seeking to appoint an experienced and professional learn to surf school operator at Bondi Beach to instruct novice surfers or improve the skills of experienced surfers.

As Bondi Beach is an iconic location with high visitation from locals and tourists the operation must be run in a professional manner to help facilitate a safe and enjoyable experience for participants and not negatively impact other ocean or beach users.

The licensee must adhere to all the conditions within the proposed licence including the need to hold appropriate insurances.

All respondents are required to attend a mandatory RFT briefing / site inspection. Failure to do so will mean the Respondent is ineligible to submit a response to this RFT
