Tenders are invited for the works associated with the supply of materials and labour for the remediation of the lift shaft and modernising of the existing electro-hydraulic vertical transportation located at Stanton Library at 234 Miller St, North Sydney 2060.

Tender documents may be obtained free of charge by registering on the e-tendering portal.

A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on 3 September 2025, 10.30 am at the Lower Ground Floor of the Stanton Library, Miller St, North Sydney. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.

Tenders will close on 30 September 2025, 3pm and can be submitted either via the Electronic Tender Box or can be lodged in Council's Tender Box, ground floor of Council Chambers Building.

Council reserves the right not to accept any or all tenders received.
