Tender Description
Renewal SA is seeking information from suitably qualified Contractors with Federal WHS Accreditation for the delivery of affordable housing apartment projects. This RFI relates specifically to a proposed development of approximately 42 affordable apartments across five levels (Ground + 4 levels), located northwest of metropolitan Adelaide.
The proposed development is intended to be delivered via a D&C contract. The project aims to increase affordable housing supply while ensuring high-quality design and construction standards aligned with community needs and compliance requirements.
