Asset Investigation Services

Statement of Requirements:

The WA Police Force requires a subscription service to access asset investigation information throughout WA and other Australian jurisdictions. This information is required to provide data and history on personnel, organisations, property and assets when required by the Proceeds of Crime Squad, Financial Crimes Squad and other operational areas.

Specification

The WA Police Force requires access to a range of asset investigation information through an online Solution, which is to be hosted externally. This information is cross-jurisdictional and must be provided for:

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT);

• New South Wales (NSW);

• Northern Territory (NT);

• Queensland (QLD);

• South Australia (SA);

• Tasmania (TAS);

• Victoria (VIC); and

• WA.

The Solution must be accessible to all required WA Police Force users and compatible with the following computer operating systems and hardware:

• Operating systems: Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS;

• Browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari;

• Tablet and Phone operating systems: Apple iOS and Android OS.

The data and information required includes:

• Private company:

• Structures (directorship, secretaries and shareholding, current and historic); and
• Principal place of business, registered addresses and previous addresses.

• Public company share ownerships/valuation by individuals;

• Shareholding classification and types of private companies;

• Interstate land ownership, including sourcing of Certificate of Title and other registry documents;

• Interstate property (land) desktop valuations;

• Interstate vehicle and vessel (and other property) security registration (search and submission); and

Financial credit checks of individual and companies.
