The Customer (being the State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support) is seeking quotes for the afterhours service delivery of the Victims of Crime Community Response (VOCCR) program.

VOCCR program provides immediate, trauma-informed support to victims of serious violent crime and homicide. Initially launched as a pilot in December 2023 in Logan, Townsville and Cairns, the program has expanded to include state-wide homicide responses. The program will also expand to Ipswich and Rockhampton to commence from October 2025.

VOCCR delivers 24/7 support to victims of crime, including triage, risk assessment, and immediate assistance with brokerage for urgent needs such as accommodation, food, and transport. VOCCR provides a trauma-informed and culturally responsive services and provided at no cost to victims or their families.
