• Middle School – Approx. area: 800m2 internal. Project is Type C Construction, Class 9b Building.
• Senior School – Approx. area: 550m2 internal and 550m2 undercroft. Project is type B Construction, Class 9b Building.
• Carpark – Approx. area 150m2.

A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.

Tender Period: 4th September to 2nd October 2025

Commencement on Site: January 2026
