Tender Description

This procurement is for the Main Building Contractor for these three 5YA Lifecycle Replacement Projects:

• 250309 2, 6, 7, 9, 17: Roof, Gutter and Clearlite Replacement

• 250311 6: Windows & Flashing, Cladding, Wall Framing and Ceiling Replacement

• 250313 12: Student Toilet Refurbishment

Site visits are to be requested through the Q&A Function including date, time and main contact number

Works are to commence at the end of the school year and complete as soon as possible in the 2026 new year. The Procurement requires a lead Building Contractor and therefore sub contractors need not apply or submit.
