The Works include various civil modifications at six intersections along Read Street (between Patterson Road and Robinson Road), Rockingham encompassing road construction, drainage upgrades, concrete works, landscaping, and irrigation improvements.

Two site inspections for the Tender will be held, Site inspection 1 will commence at 11:00am on Thursday, 11 September 2025; and Site inspection 2 will commence at 1:00pm on Thursday, 18 September 2025. The same information will be discussed at both Site inspections. Due to the nature of the Tender, the attendance at a Site inspection is mandatory and a representative of each prospective Tenderer must attend a Site inspection.
