Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Structural repairs, Mezzanine & Bathroom Upgrade at Port Hedland Bus Depot (Wedgefield).

It is a prerequisite for the experienced, qualified Contractor to;

Detail any pre-requisite requirements et. Building licence, asbestos licence

The Work includes but is not limited to:

structural repair to existing ‘I’ Beam & installation of Lintel support to western wall
Investigation of roof tie down rods
Removal of Mezzanine floor structure – composite concrete slab flooring system
Design & Construction of the ceiling
Supply and Installation of Workshop Shelving
Design and Construction and upgrade of existing bathroom
Workshop Lighting Upgrade

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be

confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their tender.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Port Hedland Bus Depot, 9 Sandhill Street, Wedgefield Port Hedland on 2 Sep, 2025 10:00 AM.
