Tender Description
The City of Melville (the City) is seeking proposals for 410 Canning Highway, Attadale, a 942m2 City-owned property located within the Melville District Activity Centre.
The City is open to proposals from suitably qualified and experienced developers for:
- A long-term ground lease;
- An outright purchase of the site; or
- A commercial deal structure with the City (e.g. joint-venture, partnership, etc).
The successful proponent will be expected to deliver a high-quality, commercially viable development that contributes positively to the precinct and aligns with the City's broader planning and urban renewal objectives.
Proponents are required to submit a conceptual proposal that demonstrates:
- Preferred tenure structure (i.e. ground lease, purchase, or commercial deal structure);
- Proposed land use and site layout;
- Built form outcomes and architectural approach;
- Innovation, sustainability measures and environmental best practices;
- Anticipated community benefits and development integration with surrounding area;
- Delivery and staging timeframe; and
- A clear financial offer or commercial deal structure.
