Design Services for the Refurbishment of Stan Moses and Caledonian Sporting Pavilions Jubilee Reserve, Eden Hill, Town of Bassendean

The Town of Bassendean invites suitably qualified and experienced design consultants to submit tenders for the provision of design services for the refurbishment of the Stan Moses and Caledonian Sporting Pavilions at Jubilee Reserve, Eden Hill.

This project presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the revitalisation of Jubilee Reserve, with the aim of:

• Enhancing sustainable use of the reserve,
• Improving accessibility, and
• Delivering a fit-for-purpose, multipurpose facility that supports increased community engagement and use.

The successful Respondent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive design services from project inception through to construction and final certification.
