Main Contractor for the Wakari Ward 10A Refurbishment

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a qualified contractor to refurbish Ward 10A at Health New Zealand’s Wakari campus in Dunedin.

Health New Zealand is looking for qualified contractors capable of delivering these refurbishment works in an operational campus. A precondition in the RFT includes respondents providing high-level evidence of undertaking construction as a Main Contractor for a project:

•  With a contract value of at least $5m; and
•  In a complex operational environment (hospital, corrections facility, university, school, or similar).

The Scope of Works comprises the drawings, specifications and supporting documents.
