SERVICE REQUIRED

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Unattended Parking Fee Payment Solutions as well as to upgrade, support and maintenance, of existing parking meter assets.

Council currently has 119 parking meters installed in various locations. In addition, Council provides NSW Government Park 'n Pay as an option for payment of parking fees.

Council aims to streamline unattended parking fee collection and compliance systems. In addition to existing or replacement parking meters, Council plans to introduce virtual meters or apps to simplify fee payment for customers.

The Contract term will be three (3) years, with two (2) x one (1) year extensions, at Council's discretion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME

Tenders close on Thursday 2pm on 18th of September 2025 and must be fully received by this time.

LODGEMENT

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
