Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake J Block roof upgrade and internal works at South Metropolitan TAFE Rockingham Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to scanning and services location, demolition works, roofing and roof plumbing, internal works, and mechanical. Works to be undertaken during term break only.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Simpson Avenue, Rockingham on 3 Sep, 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at South Metropolitan TAFE Rockingham Campus. The location of the briefing will be Simpson Avenue, Rockingham Western Australia 6168.
