Tender Description

Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is seeking an Expressions of Interest of suitably qualified contractors for the design and finalisation and construction of new three storey general learning classroom at Freeman Catholic College, Bonnyrigg Heights (FCC, Bonnyrigg Heights) development.

Construct a new 3-storey GLA Block;

  • 6 x modern GLAs
  • Changing rooms area for male and female students
  • Lift and DDA upgrades
  • Landscaping Works

SCS will progress from the EOI process, through to tender and to contractor award as soon as practicable for a completion for operational use for a Term 1 Day 1 2027.
