Scope of Work

We are seeking quotes for the removal of an existing kitchen and the supply and installation of a new kitchen setup. The project includes:

Demolition and Removal

• Removal of all existing kitchen cabinetry, benchtops, sinks, and associated fixtures.

• Contractor to arrange for complete rubbish removal and site clean-up.

New Kitchen Installation

• Cabinetry: Gloss white kitchen cupboards, including overhead units.

• Benchtops: Supply and install new benchtops (final colour to be determined).

• Sinks: Installation of two separate sinks:

• One designated for food preparation.

• One designated for craft activities.

• Rangehood: Pull-out rangehood with associated cabinetry above.

• Splashback: Tiled splashback across benchtop areas.

Services

• Electrical Work: All necessary electrical connections and installations.

• Plumbing Work: All plumbing connections for both sinks and any other fixtures.
