Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified contractors for the design, finalisation, and construction of a new three-storey general learning classroom at Freeman Catholic College, Bonnyrigg Heights (FCC, Bonnyrigg Heights) development.

Construct a new 3-storey GLA Block;

- 6 x modern GLAs

- Changing rooms area for male and female students

- Lift and DDA upgrades

- Landscaping Works

SCS will progress from the EOI process, through to tender and to contractor award as soon as practicable for a completion for operational use for a Term 1 Day 1 2027.
