The Item for purchase and removal is the vessel (registration number: EH939).

The vessel is currently moored on pen K24 at the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) Hillarys Boating Facility 86 Southside Drive HILLARYS WA 6025.

The Item is being sold pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1970.

DTMI is seeking offers for the purchase and removal of this vessel as described below.

The condition of the vessel is unknown.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Pen 024, Jetty K, Hillarys Boat Harbour, 86 Southside Drive, Hillarys .

The item may be viewed between 09:00am – 03:00pm Monday to Friday.

Appointments are not required to view the vessel from adjacent Jetty K where the vessel is moored without boarding the vessel. However, a temporary access key will be required by contacting the Harbour Office by email to: hillarys@transport.wa.gov.au

Boarding the vessel is not permitted due to safety reasons

Inspection of the Item is not mandatory however, when determining whether or not to undertake an inspection of the Item, the Tenderer should take into account the conditions set forth in Part One, clause 4.12(c).
