Tender Description
North Sydney Council are nearing completion of a complete redevelopment of the North Sydney Olympic Pool (NSOP). The NSOP is located at the southern end of Alfred St South adjacent to Luna Park and the Milsons Point Ferry Wharf.
The project includes the supply, delivery, installation and removal of rubbish for furniture as outlined in 'Attachment A Furniture Schedule of Amounts and Rates' to the redeveloped NSOP. The Agreement will be for a period of 3 years. There will be an initial order placed for the supply of the furniture as detailed in 'Attachment A Furniture Schedule of Amounts and Rates'. Other furniture may be ordered through this agreement for the following 3 years on an ad hoc basis.
The Practical Completion date for the redeveloped North Sydney Olympic Pool is currently the 17 November 2025.
The North Sydney Olympic Pool Furniture Supply 'Date for Delivery' is the week commencing the 8 December 2025 and includes the delivery, assembly and installation of all furniture items. The North Sydney Olympic Pool Furniture Supply 'Date for Practical Completion' is the 9 January 2026, including the removal of all associated rubbish.
