Tenders are invited for the purchase of Property as follows:

Tenders are to be submitted on the attached schedules and the successful Tenderer will be required to enter into an REIQ (Real Estate Institute of Queensland) Standard Contract.

Tenderers should note that the subject Property is currently included in the Industry Zone of the Somerset Region Planning Scheme (as amended).

Council’s Planning and Development Department can be contacted for further information in relation to possible uses of the subject Property. All costs associated with any subsequent planning applications, survey costs, etc. are to be borne by the successful Tenderer.

Tender Briefing / Site Inspection

Attendance for site inspection to discuss the Tender is not mandatory.

Tenderers can attend the site inspection on Friday, 12 September 2025 between 10am – 11am. Tenderers are to contact Council’s Customer Service Centre on 5424 4000 or mail@somerset.qld.gov.au to register their attendance by no later than 5pm Thursday, 11 September 2025.

The location of the site meeting point is 2 Kleinhans Court, Lowood.

The site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the Closing Time.

Further site inspections may be offered upon request, but are not guaranteed.
