Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) invites tender responses for the provision of Managed IT Services in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender (RFT).

EMPHN seeks to engage a qualified IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive, reliable, and scalable IT support and services. The MSP must be capable of managing our end-to-end IT operations, including infrastructure support, service desk, network management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning, in alignment with our business objectives and service level expectations as detailed in the attached Part B Service Requirements.

Tenderers are required to lodge their responses via the online form, by the advertised closing date and time.

Please note, only tenderers who meet ALL the due diligence and mandatory criteria detailed in the Part B Service Requirements document should apply. Respondents who do not meet all the due diligence and mandatory criteria should not apply as the submission will not be considered.
