Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DOHW) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake external painting works at the below Ten (10) DOHW premises:

• Lot 10, 82B David Brand Drive, Carnarvon WA 6701
• Lot 184, 27 Foss Crescent, Carnarvon WA 6701
• Lot 10, 29 Foss Crescent, Carnarvon WA 6701
• Lot 500, 1/39 Foss Crescent, Carnarvon WA 6701
• Lot 500, 2/39 Foss Crescent, Carnarvon WA 6701
• Lot 198, 1/41 Foss Crescent, Carnarvon WA 6701
• Lot 198, 2/41 Foss Crescent, Carnarvon WA 6701

The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of graffiti, and painting of roof sheeting, eave linings, timber beams, external doors and frames, and ceilings.
