The University is seeking a software solution, support and associated implementation services to address significant gaps in its current research funding management systems, specifically the Costing, Pricing and Approval (CPA) Tool and ANU Research Information Enterprise System (ARIES) Grants Module.

As part of the broader Research Lifecycle transformation initiative, this procurement will enable the implementation of a modern, integrated research management solution designed to improve transparency, data accuracy, and compliance.

The solution must support critical end-to-end functions including funding opportunity management, proposal development, costing and pricing, workflow approvals, contract management, milestone tracking, and reporting.

It must be underpinned by standardised business processes and updated policies, with a strong focus on user experience and system interoperability.
