Tender Description
Blacktown City Council has established a new Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) fleet. BCC are seeking Service Providers for the maintenance of trucks
Project goals
Blacktown City Council is seeking to engage with one Service Provider, however multiple Service Providers may be considered by Blacktown City Council if they can demonstrate it represents best value for money, to deliver the maintenance of the current FOGO fleet. Please see documents for additional information.
Scope
The general scope of services covers the following:
Part A: Scheduled Maintenance
Part B: Unplanned Repairs
Part C: Daily attendance for breakdown repairs / recovery.

Additional details/instructions
Addition of addendum no. 1 - A tenderer noted there was a similarly run tender which concluded at the end of the 2024 calendar year, which was subsequently declined for re-tendering purposes i.e. this current tender (C23/2025). The tenderer asked what the key differences are between this tender and the previous tender. A detailed response is provided in the attachment 'Addendum-No.1.docx'. Addition of addendum no.2 - A tenderer has highlighted that there was a discrepancy in the Table of Contents in the document '5.1 C23-2025 Annexure A - Statement of requirement' It cited section 11 with no/missing references. A detailed response is provided in the attachment 'Addendum No. 2.pdf'. A replacement document has been added titled '5.1v1.0 C23-2025 Annexure A - Statement of requirement'.
