As part of the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project, the Karrawirra Parri Bridge will be constructed at the apex of the bend in the River Torrens, adjacent to the junction of Adam Street and River Street, Thebarton. This footbridge will connect the southern and northern Linear paths along the river, enhancing community connectivity and providing direct access to the relocated Warriappendi School and Torrensville Bowling Club at the New Thebarton Hub on Lot 51, Ann Nelson Drive.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced and prequalified companies to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the Design and Construction of Karrawirra Parri (River Torrens) Footbridge), Contract No. 24C230.

Following this ROI, the Department intends to conduct a competitive Expression of Interest (EOI) procurement process with pre-qualified Contractors to shortlist Registrants to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Companies must successfully respond to the ROI attached with this Notice and execute the Deed of Confidentiality to receive further project information. Project information will be provided with the subsequent EOI call.

This ROI is not competitive. While it is intended to complete the ROI prior to commencement of the EOI stage, parties will not be precluded from registering after EOI commencement, however, no extensions of time will be granted for late registration.

In the event that the Department does not proceed with the EOI , only those Registrants that have registered their interest prior to the close of this ROI will be invited to the RFP stage.
