ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council needs to engage a suitable contractor to undertake the upgrade of the Cricket Nets Upgrade - Turramurra Memorial Park at Eastern Road, Turramurra 2074, as per the design specification.

This will include but not limited to the following:

•  Preliminaries
•  General Requirements (Preparation/execution of environmental management plan, waste management plan, soil erosion and sediment control plan and preparation/execution of progress photography and as-built plans)
•  Demolition
•  Earthworks
•  Landscape - Fences and Barriers
•  Landscape - Combined
•  Concrete

Separable Portion - Installation of new concrete driveway

•  Demolition
•  Landscape - Combined
•  Concrete

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission. Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located in the foyer (level 4) of Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon 2072 by the nominated time and date.

The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
