Project goals

For an experienced and accredited provider to design and deliver a comprehensive Executive Leadership Development Program for our Executive Leadership team. The program aims to enhance individual leadership capability, strengthen executive team cohesion, and align leadership behaviours with our organisation’s strategic goals.

Scope

The selected provider will deliver a multi-phased development experience that includes:

• Personal Insight and Leadership Impact
• Executive Leadership Workshop (1 day)
• Ongoing Leadership Workshops (2 hours to half day)
