Pega-based Client information management system for the Department of Communities and Justice - Youth Justice NSW
Tender ID: 592505
Tender Details
Tender Description
Project goals
The Youth Justice Client Information Management System (CIMS) requires replacement.
DCJ has taken a decision that a new client information system will be implemented on the Pega technology platform and is now seeking ICT services through this RFT for the design, delivery, and support of this system.
The new system will be called ECHOs – the Enhanced Case Hub and Organisation system.
ECHOs will be at the heart of Youth Justice’s day-to-day operations and support its service delivery across Youth Justice Conferencing, community supervision and custodial operations.
Youth Justice is not simply seeking a like-for-like system replacement, rather, it envisions a transformation of its future business processes, enabled by the advanced capabilities offered through the Pega platform.
This transformational objective requires a capable and experienced supplier to partner with Youth Justice through the design, delivery, and support phases of this project.
Scope
Through this Request for Tender, Youth Justice is seeking to engage a suitably qualified information technology services provider (either a single organisation or consortium) to design, develop and support ECHOs – the new Pega-based client information system.
