The Works are:

Site clearing, removal and protection of trees enabling construction works to commence.

Construction of multi-dwelling housing development comprising:

• Building A – Townhouses - 4 x 2 BR Units – Class 1b.

• Building B – Apartments - 3 x 1 BR and 3 x 2 BR units – Class 2

• Building C – Apartments - 3 x 1 BR and 3 x 2 BR units – Class 2

• Building D – Duplex - 2 x 3 BR units – Class 1b.

• Associated landscaping and fencing;

• parking for 20 cars,

• service infrastructure, authority approvals and installation,

• replacement of footpath for the entire frontage of the site (along both Murray and Lagoon St)

• Subdivision into 2 lots as per the Activity Determination.

• Creation of easement along Lot B as per Activity Determination.
