The City is looking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced lead Consultant to undertake the detailed design of Sutherlands Park including civil components for drainage, carparking and design levels and landscaping components for irrigation, sub-soil drainage, turfing and sporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities are to also include contract administration of the construction contract by assisting with responses to RFI's during the tender and construction processes, providing key information for contract variations from the construction contractor and ensuring accurate data is reported by the contractor.

A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held at the City of Gosnells Civic Centre - Function Room, 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells. Commencing at 10am sharp on Tuesday 2 September 2025.
