Acceler Project Management, in partnership with Coast2Bay, are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of an 8 x unit social housing project, spread across 2 levels & 2 separate buildings.
To be considered for this EO,I you must have:
1. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government-funded projects.
2. Availability to tender the project in September 2025.
3. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified).
4. Recent experience delivering comparable projects on the Sunshine Coast.
5. Suitable QBCC license
