The Services will cover the following activities:

• Lifting of large cable drums at TasNetworks main resource centres (Cambridge, Rocherlea, Devonport and Burnie);
• Lifting, transportation and installation of transformers, pad mount substations, and High Voltage and Low Voltage switchgear;
• Lifting and transportation of portable generators;
• Lifting of live Transmission conductors;
• Lifting and transportation of conductor stringing plant and equipment;
• Lifting of live Distribution high voltage conductors to allow for the replacement of poles;
• Support of High voltage work with a temporary crossarm attached to a mobile crane to separate conductors;
• Installation and dismantling of Transmission and Distribution structures;
• Hoisting of TasNetworks personnel in Man Buckets for working in confined spaces. (Up to 220kv);
• Working in TasNetworks Switchyards;
• Lifting capability and capacity across a range of two (2) to three hundred (300) tonnes. (It is expected that the majority of lift work will be up to thirty (30) tonnes); and
• Assisting TasNetworks field crews, as required.
• Ensure in your submission you address all the requirements listed in the RFT Response Schedule and Technical Standards, which are included in the document pack, along with any other supporting documentation.

Responses are requested in Excel, Word, and Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the electronic tender box set up for this RFT by the closing time 2:00 pm AEDT Friday 5 September 2025. Please ensure to WinZip all of the documents into one (1) WinZip file to upload your submission to our tendering portal.

The forum closes seven (7) days prior to the RFT closing time.
