Aurizon and Queensland Rail are seeking a Contractor/Contractors to supply Rail Profiling Services.

Queensland Rail manages over 6,500 km of track within its rail network and Aurizon manages 2,670 km of track including turnouts and requires ongoing rail profiling services to restore the rail profile on its network, remove irregularities from worn track, reduce rail and rollingstock wheel wear, improve the ride comfort for our customers, reduce rail squeal for residents living close to our track infrastructure and ultimately extend the life and reduce the risk of rail failures.

When requesting access, please ensure your email contains at least the following information:

• Full Company Name;

• Name of person(s) who requires access to Ariba (can be more than one);

• Email address for person(s) requiring access;

• Companies physical location / address;

• Company phone number (if different from above); and

• If you are an existing supplier and if you know your current ARIBA access ID (ANID#) with Queensland Rail (optional)

Offers must be lodged by 2.00pm AEST on 6 October 2025 in Ariba Sourcing.

An optional market briefing will be held on Friday 29 August 2025 @10am AEST (subject to change)

Any offer not properly lodged before the specified closing time and date may be rejected at the discretion of Queensland Rail. If an extension occurs this will be updated in Ariba Sourcing
