Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Demolition of properties purchased under the RHP, along with associated 'make good' works & to identify & pre-register organisations for inclusion on the RHP House Removal Program Tender Panel.

Project goals

  • To identify and pre-register organisations for inclusion on the NSW Reconstruction Authority (NSW RA) Resilient Homes Program – House Removal Program Tender Panel (referred to as “the Panel”).
  • Complete the Demolition of 23 Properties within the Northern Rivers and 2 properties within the Central West of NSW.

Scope

The purpose of this Request for Tender is twofold:

  1. Scope of Works is to Demolish 25 Properties within the Northern Rivers and Central West; and
  2. To identify and pre-register organisations with the capacity, capability, and experience to undertake housing demolitions and associated services, for inclusion on the NSW Reconstruction Authority (NSW RA) Resilient Homes Program – House Removal Program Tender Panel (referred to as “the Panel”). Over the life of the program, it is anticipated that a minimum of 200 properties will be brought to market for demolition. In addition, ‘make good’ works may be required for up to 800 properties where houses have been relocated offsite. The program will cover properties located in both the Northern Rivers and Central West regions of NSW.

Pre-Tender Meeting

Lodging a Response
