Tender Description
The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) is establishing a panel of preferred suppliers to procure infrastructure services as part of its responsibility to monitor the state and condition of water resources. This invitation to supply relates exclusively to the development of a panel for the construction of hydrometric stations, such as surface water and meteorological stations, to meet DEW’s requirements for maintaining and upgrading its hydrometric networks throughout South Australia. The works may involve maintenance, rehabilitation, and decommissioning of existing monitoring sites. The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Construction and alteration of weirs and gauging stations
- Construction and installation of water monitoring infrastructure such as instrumentation housing, pylons, etc.
