Tender Description
The Board of Trustees for Sanson School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building/Fencing Contractor to carry out the Learning Support Modifications Fencing, Gates & Site Works Project.
The Contract Works required are:
- New Aluminium Fencing & Gates – Accessible Gate
- Single Pedestrian Gate & Large Vehicle Gate
- New Timber Fence
- Remove vegetation & prune trees
- Remove steel mesh fence
- Remove vegetation & small barrier fence
- Make good ground with top soil & achieve an overall flat level finish.
- Removal of brick wall & lay asphalt.
All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations. All tender documentation and necessary information are available.
Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact the school office as per invite letter to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
