Specifications:
Design (or off standard plans) and construct, single storey duplex containing 2 attached dwellings to comply with the following:
• Be road facing
• Each dwelling to comprise of one master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, remaining two bedrooms in each dwelling to include a built-in robe and access to a 4 piece bathroom (or 3 piece and separate powder room); further comprising of family, dining, kitchen, laundry
• External brick or cladding, metal roof, single garage, with standard inclusions
• Between 120m2 to 150m2 under roof each dwelling, or 240m2 to 300m2 total under roof for entire duplex.
