Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for the provision of ferry operations across the Hastings River at Settlement Point and Hibbard Drive. The scope of the Request for Tender includes supplying all labour, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to operate both ferry services in accordance with Council’s requirements. The primary objectives of this engagement are detailed in the Request for tender and accompanying documentation.

A Pre-Tender Briefing, is scheduled for Monday 25 August 2025 at 9:30am (AEST). This will be held on site at 17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, NSW, 2444. Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation.
