Junee Shire Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of our 25/26 Relining Program within the Junee Shire Council area, including the relining of ~767 metres of sewer main. This ~767m will also require preliminary camera investigation to assess the current state of the sewer line. The Broadway section of the mains is 375mm RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipe) with one small 79m section of 300mm VC (Vitrified Clay Pipe) and the Kemp Street Section is 150mm VC.

Overall, the scope of the tender will involve the following:

• Inspection and assessment with CCTV – (scope may change slightly pending this assessment)

• Cleaning and preparation

• Establishment/Disestablishment CIPP Lining

• Final CCTV inspection to ensure works are completed to a high standard

This contract typically requires approximately 3 weeks of work (1 week of CCTV work and 2 weeks of relining works), but this may be increased depending on the weather conditions and flows at the time. The minimum number of hours may also be decreased subject to agreement by both parties.

The Contractor is to start and finish at job sites throughout the Junee Shire Council area and have all the works completed by December 2025.

Junee Shire Council reserves the right to increase or reduce the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations.

The successful Contractor shall be required to provide and follow a comprehensive WH&S and Risk Management system, adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation plus hold and maintain suitable Public Liability insurance, Workers Compensation insurance, and all other relevant insurances as detailed in the Tender documentation. These documents must be supplied with any Tender submission.
