We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at the National Training Centre (NTC) at Rotorua to replace the exterior cladding of the Office Block, located at 77 Te Huaki Crescent, Tikitere. The title stage 1 referred to in the project title and in the drawings refers to the original part of the building, there are no additional stages of work planned.

The NTC Office block will remain open for the duration of the project works. The successful supplier will liaise with the Fire and Emergency Project Manager and NTC staff to ensure a mutually agreeable project plan is formulated and maintained, enabling the project to flow seamlessly while minimising the disturbance to NTC operations.
