The address is 36 Sunnybrae Road, Hillcrest, Auckland 0627.
The school suffered significant flooding of several classroom spaces during the 27 January 2023 storm and is looking to mitigate the flooding risk by adjusting the overland flow path around several classrooms.
A report prepared by Environmental Context sets out the options along with overland flow path drawings (SWG 7695-01, 02,03), which comprise the scope of this ROI.
