The Shires old depot was previously situated at the rear of the administration building fronting Russell Street. There are three sheds and one freestanding shade shelter remaining on the site which are surplus to Shire requirements.

The sheds have been in place and utilised for other purposes since the relocation of the Shire depot to Loading Street. In the last two years, the sheds have been cleaned out of accumulated materials, asbestos removed, and the power has been disconnected.

The three sheds can be identified by items A, B and C. Item D identifies the freestanding shelter.

The structural condition and safety of the sheds are unknown and are offered for sale in their current condition with the Shire accepting no liability once purchased.

Removal of the shed/s will be the responsibility of the purchaser and must be completed within 12 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise negotiated with the Shire. The anticipated timeframe for removal should be specified on the offer form.

Completed offer forms can be emailed to reception@perenjori.wa.gov.au or delivered to the Shire administration office. Completed offer forms must clearly state the removal timeframe and separate pricing for each shed/shelter.

Following the closing date, offers will be presented to the next Ordinary Council Meeting for consideration by Council. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any offers it deems suitable.
