Tender Description

QPRC is seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and insured companies to provide a RFQ to re-instate the Bungendore Toddlers Pool that has been offline for the last few seasons.

Due to uncertainties surrounding the future of the Bungendore Pool, the Toddlers Pool was decommissioned. We now which to re-instate the Toddlers Pool to its former state. We anticipate this involving the following scope of requirements:

Clean Toddlers Pool
Restore plumbing and water to Toddlers Pool
Repairing cracks present including applying epoxy sealant
Preparation of pool shell for the acceptance of pool finishes
Supply and installation of applied waterproofing and isolation membrane to pool structure
Painting of the Toddlers Pool
Supply of Water Safety Signage including depth marking signage, sudden drop off, shallow water and no diving. Signage to be in line with Australian Standards.
Supply of documented recommended cleaning and maintenance regime for pool finishes.
Recommission the Toddlers Pool
Ensure everything is in working order prior to handover
A Defects Liability period of twelve months from time of Practical Completion exists.
