The Shire of Mingenew is proposing to dispose (by lease) of the new purpose-built child care facility, under construction at 20 Victoria Road, Mingenew (Reserve 266455) to an appropriately qualified, not-for-profit child care provider.

The Services being sought are general weekday early childhood education services (daycare), before and after school care services and vacation care services.

The Shire invites submissions on the proposal to lease. Council will review the submissions received and consider whether to proceed with a lease arrangement after consideration of all submissions.
